However, the 'laced-up' ones are brilliant for me so I shall continue to order those.My refund was dealt with immediately. I would definitely use this supplier again. Recommended. I already had 3pairs of sandals, 3 pairs of boots and two other pairs of shoes.I was delighted to see the 'Sunny' boat shoe style, their best looking in my opinion. And ordered a pair straight away. The seemed to fit quite well but slipped at the heel. I have persevered using a toe pad, full insole and heel grips but nothing has worked.I would give 5 stars for the design but only a 2 for fit. I have a size 41/42 (7/8), hard to find shoes. Love these shoes, they don't look massive either. look trendy. Really disappointed in the quality of this expensive shoe. I am a size 3 and although they fitted ok initially they seem to get bigger each time I wear them! I have tried 2 inner soles but they still flip flap as I walk at times. The first was the Skechers Women's Shape-Ups Sleek Fit Trainer and they are easier to adjust to and much more comfortable however I am thrilled I also got the trainer version. These are a generous sizing i.e., if you are a size 5 get it they will fit and I am a 5.5 shoe and these are perfect. You really don't realise you are giving your legs a workout until you wear them regularly and walk often. I walked 4 miles today (instead of taking the bus!) and I felt I got a great workout. They seem expensive at about ￡70 each but I literally no longer wear anything else but my 2 pairs of skechers. I don't go to the gym so it's cheaper than a membership and you can feel your butt getting 'higher' is the only way I can describe it but firmer an hair straightener ud came clean off so that the lace had to be drawn through the hole originally meant for the hook. I can't say if this is because of cheap thin metal or just one of those things but I've never known it happen before over years that have included several different makes of boots. However, they are not fully warterproof - its says weatherlie on the description - and after walking through some damp long grass (of about 100 metrers) they became saturated quite quickly, which while expected, was slightly disapointing in that they did not keep the wet off for longer than 1 min (or about 10 meters).Overall, a very Carteras Louis Vuitton dibly comfortable..Like slippers!
