Great pair of casual shoes. This is my daughter's 2nd pair of vans. Can't go wrong with them. They're strong & have a little weight to them. A lot of people do deem them to be just expensive plimsolls & a waste of extra money. I actually used to believe the same thing until my kids didn't give Philadelphia inking about buying so you look like an extra from a californian skater boy punk rock band, these are probably not what you want as the steel toecaps may be too heavy for your skinny emo legs to lift - could be a workout though!I'll deffo be purchasing more and pretend to be 20 years younger than I actually am.

these plimsoles are lovely but unfortunately WAY too big for me, I ordered size 3 and they were at least 2 sizes too big had to send them back and it cost me over ￡5 to do so grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
Great shoe, no flaws. Looks just like in the picture, feels nice to wear. I would definitely buy it again once my pair is too old.

These shoes are so comfortable and fit so well. I have a few pairs of Converse All Star and they are far better in my opinion. If you're not too bothered about the fact they are not 'named' then these shoes are well worth the money.
I'm am extremely disappointed with this product! Only have them a week and they are falling apart already, they may look the part but so poorly manufactured. The outer heel has completely come away from the sole, I've never seen a shoe fall apart so quick.. I feel robbed, thought I was getting a bargain hot rollers but what I received was another dark colour which is not even shown on amazon in any of the options.I raised a replacement request which, thanks to amazon's excellent return/replacement system, arrived within another 4-5 days. However, it was again the same wrong colour.I was quite disappointed and thought about calling up their customer care. This was clearly a mistake, because the customer care executive seemed to be in a hurry and did not listen to me completely, kept cutting my sentences, and sometimes did not understand what I was saying because he wouldn't listen to me fully. I gave up talking to him after some time.I ended up keeping one of the shoes even though it was the wrong colour because the quality was really good and I had got it when a discount was running. Previous trainers (New Balance) at 6.5 size fitted well. This is a tight fit and I would have ordered 7.0 if I had known sizes were on the mean side.
Ordered half size bigger than normal 5.5 but they seemed very large. I have had a different style k Swiss in size 5 before and was surprised how much bigger the 5.5 was so I think it must be the style. I sent them back through amazon locker which I was very impressed with. I have since bought a 5.5 in a different make which fit perfectly.
The look was just what I wanted, very white but sadly, I should have listened to the other reviews which warned of the tight fit!I am a size 4 but could not even get the trainer past my toes it was that tight!! Well after one year a hole had worn through the goretex on the crease line where my toes bend, but I still wore them because they were so comfortable and easy to put on and off.I did also get A LOT of use out of them - I backpacked around South America in them and used them for several treks of over 5 days, through rivers and bogs, snowy mountains, rainforests, beaches....you get the idea. Lots of terrains. So although I was disappointed that they wore out I couldn't really complain.
Being in Greece I go by EU sizes and Louis Vuitton Usa he store, and tried on over 20 different types of shoe, primarily from Merrell and Salomon, but these were the stand out pair. They are extremely comfortable and well cushioned, and they hug the foot including the arch and heel, perfectly. They almost seem to put a bounce in your step. I wear them in all weathers, they are waterproof and well aerated, and have a feeling of sturdiness which makes them a sheer pleasure to wear. They are not too bulky and cumbersome for drivin.

Although the shoes are well-priced and look good, I'm giving 4/5 instead of 5/5 since I'm having trouble breaking them in - i.e. they keep giving me blisters on different parts of my feet but especially the heels. This might not be a problem for others, and I'm persevering with the help offects or pain. I'm so delighted I have bought another pair to put away and two of my colleagues have since bought the shoe.
These,s shoes are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes ever. I work for at least twelve hours a day and I am on my feet all the time . Took a day maybe two to get used to the rocker aspect. But now like slippers. Will be buying another couple of pairs before they sell out.
I suffer from painful arthritic feet and so struggle to find a pair of shoes that are comfortable to wear to work all day. These are good but slightly large so I have to tie the laces really tight or they will be slipping off. I didn't want a size 5 as they would have been too small. I'm happy with them mainly because they have plenty of room for my toes and also beca chanel leather espadrilles r of vans before so I didn't know what to expect. I certainly wasn't disappointed, they're comfortable, casual mainly summertime shoes but I'm already wearing mine about the house. Would definitely consider buying vans again and would recommend they to others.
I have a number of Van's products. Van's Short trainers for casual & skateboarding.Van's Wellington Boots, comfortable in all weathers & now these Chukka Slim Black Trainers.They fit really well & very casual indoors. When the weather warms up, they would be great outdoors.
