Street Style Paris Fashion Week has had two pairs of the blacks in a year. But she says there are no other trainers or shoes that you can wear all day and not have your feet ache, only Vans keep you comfortable on your feet!She has various other colours for her social-life, and each pair of those have lasted her a few years to date...but are somewhat tatty now...but in my daughters words....'Vans only look good when they are either brand-new or trashed' :D
I would certainly recommend this product.Quality is brilliant, very hard-wearing and waterproof. They're also very comfortable.I really like how the perforations on the toe-caps allow a fresh breeze feel without allowing water to get in.They're also very comfortable.Delivery was very good, I ordered mine through Amazon Prime on a Saturday Colombia ine, but it still doesn't fully cover the whole sole. Also, I've been wearing it for about two weeks now, and it doesn't 'spring' back into its original shape (in other words, I think I've probably tested it to its limits!). But it's still working, and for the price I wouldn't mind if I had to buy another pair.
Althouigh previous feedback complained of outline sizing being too small and despite me going up two sizes (I am normally a 4 and went up to a 6), the inserts once cut were far too narrow and I haven't got wide feet! Use your shoe to cut outline first otherwse they will be redundant like mine!
The soles are excellent, but don't be guided by the size lines for cutting. Try to extract the liner from an old pair of shoes and use that. I ende up with 2 narrow strips and had to buy another lot. Apart from that they are comfortable in use.
This product is very comfortable and does the job well! I would recommend this item if your shoe is slightly to large or uncomfortable.

Looked good and completed the outfit. However need to be secured under the shoe as well as round the back as they moved during wear. Problem was solved by blue tac to hold them in place.

I read all the reviews on the Amazon site before purchasing this walking shoe and how helpful and correct they were. They really are the lightest and most comfortable walking shoe I have every worn. Did a 7 mile walk this past week-end and I didn't know I was wearing them. My one comment and this is not a critisism, I took the advice from other purchasers and went up a size, normally I wear a 5 shoe and went for a 6 in the Merrell which is perfect with a walking .

Greais style if you wear them to much is that the crease as to where your toes bend, the rubber from the sole which goes up the side slightly breaks away from the shoes itself, leaving you with a gap between the shoes and the outside rubber of the sole, not great.Where the laces do up at the top I kind of assumed it would be like a hiking boot with hooks but it wasn't, you have to feed the lace through the holes separately meaning it takes aaaggeeesss to take them on and off unless you leave the hook type www.mtnrunner.com along the detailing (after no undue abuse). Having spent ￡90 on what is, after all, an expensive pair of popular, over-engineered trainers, I am most disappointed. I am hoping that a replacement pair will be forthcoming and better made.
These are great shoes and my second pair of shape ups. The first was the Skechers Women's Shape-Ups Sleek Fit Trainer and they are easier to adjust to and much more comfortable however I am thrilled I also got the trainer version. These are a generous sizing i.e., if you are a size 5 get it they will fit and I am a 5.5 shoe and these are perfect. You really don't realise you are giving your legs a workout until you wear them regularly and walk often. I walked 4 miles today (instead of taking the bus!) and I felt I got a great workout. They seem expensive at about ￡70 each but I literally no longer wear anything else but my 2 pairs of skechers. They fit perfectly , its normal cut and my size is 44 EU , 27.7 cm foot lenght while inner sole of the shoe is 28 cm. After 3 days of adjusting they feel very comfortable...They also have this inner sole which can be put in oven , heated untill indicator turns black and after putting the back in shoe and standing 2-3 minutes it adjusts to your feet.Detailed instruction for this is also provided in shoe boxgular etc.

I bought these for my mother as she struggles to find comfortable shoes due to having osteoarthritis. My mum absolutely loves them and this will be her second pair. I wore these for 2 weeks solid & loved them, noticed the left one was abit tight width wise, but thought they would stretch being fabric, but alas I had to stop wearing all together because I'd damage my foot.
